Owner Arnie Garcia spent years working across residential, multifamily, and large-scale commercial projects, building a hands-on understanding of what it takes to deliver quality work and what property owners actually need from their builder. That experience became the foundation for everything Cornerstone stands for today.

Arnie saw a gap in the market. Too many clients were getting lost in the shuffle, handed off to project managers they never met, left waiting on calls that never came. He started Cornerstone Building LLC to change that. The goal was straightforward: bring a personal, owner-involved approach to every project without sacrificing professional results or craftsmanship.

Today, Cornerstone Building LLC serves homeowners, property investors, and commercial clients across a wide stretch of South-Central Texas, including San Antonio, New Braunfels, Seguin, Boerne, Cibolo, Schertz, La Vernia, Floresville, Gonzales, Lockhart, Luling, Shiner, and the surrounding communities.
